Yes, a professional and friendly attendant will be available at the event for each of the services you book. From dealing with the initial setup arrangements to keeping the camera right and assisting you and your guests with capturing pictures and recording videos, our attendant will be there throughout the event to ensure that you get the smoothest service until the event ends.
You should book at least 2 to 3 weeks before your event date, especially if your event is scheduled in holidays or on weekends. However, in case of urgent bookings, you can still fill up the form and we’ll ensure to make the arrangements for you.

Yes, we serve events outside our city, covering multiple nearby towns and cities. Feel free to tell us your event location, and we’ll confirm you further.
We understand sudden changes in plans. Therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 72 hours before your event time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event time will incur a cancellation fee.
