About this package

360 Video Booth in Glasgow.

Add a show-stopping centrepiece to your event with our 360 Video Booth in Glasgow. Guests step onto the platform while a high-spec camera orbits at speed, capturing dynamic videos that play back in cinematic slow motion.

Every package ships with a professional booth attendant, red carpet, VIP ropes and gold stanchions. Videos delivered instantly via QR code and AirDrop, plus a personalised overlay branded to your event.

What makes a 360 booth different from a traditional photo booth is that it draws a crowd rather than a queue. Because the camera arm sweeps in a full circle around the platform, everyone standing nearby watches the take happen — and then watches it play back in slow motion seconds later. It becomes a spectacle in the middle of the room, which is exactly why it works so well at receptions, launches and milestone birthdays where you want energy rather than a quiet corner.

Guests can go on solo, as a couple, or three or four at a time, and the slow-motion effect flatters almost anything: confetti, a veil, a drinks toast, a jacket flare, a bridal party jumping. Our attendant coaches people through it, which matters more than it sounds — the difference between a flat clip and one that gets posted is usually someone telling a nervous guest what to do with their hands.

The clip lands on their phone within seconds via AirDrop or a QR scan, so it goes out to their own social feeds while your event is still happening. That instant sharing loop is the part a photographer genuinely cannot replicate, and it is why the 360 remains our most-booked package across Glasgow and central Scotland.

Is this the right booth?

The 360 video booth is best for

Weddings & receptions

Set it up after the meal and it carries the gap between speeches and the dancefloor filling up. Dresses, kilts and confetti all look superb in slow motion.

Milestone birthdays & 21sts

The most social-media-driven crowd you can book for. Expect clips online before the night is over.

Product launches & brand activations

A branded overlay on every clip turns each guest into a distribution channel for your campaign.

Proms & graduations

Groups of friends can pile on together, and everyone leaves with the same clip on their own phone.

How it works

1
We arrive and set up

Setup takes around 45 minutes and happens before your guests arrive, so nobody watches us build it. We just need access and a nearby power socket.

2
Guests step on

Two to four people at a time. The attendant starts the take, the arm orbits, and the whole thing lasts about 15–30 seconds.

3
Instant slow-mo playback

The clip renders immediately with your custom overlay applied, and plays back on screen while the group is still standing there.

4
Straight to their phones

AirDrop, QR scan or text — seconds, not days. Everything also lands in a private online gallery you get after the event.

FAQs

360 Video Booth — FAQs

How much space does the 360 Video Booth need?

Around 3m × 3m clear floor area with a 2.7m ceiling works best. We can adapt for tighter spaces — let us know your venue and we'll confirm.

How long do guests spend on the booth?

Each video clip takes 15–30 seconds. Throughput is typically 60–90 guests per hour with the attendant guiding the queue.

Are videos delivered straight away?

Yes — via QR code, AirDrop or text within seconds of being captured. Plus a full online gallery after the event.

Is the platform safe?

Completely. The platform is low, stable, weight-tested, and fully insured. We include red carpet and VIP ropes for crowd flow.

Do you travel outside Glasgow?

Yes — we cover Edinburgh, Ayrshire, Hamilton, Paisley and Scotland-wide. Travel beyond standard radius is quoted on request.

How much does 360 video booth hire cost in Glasgow?

Our 360 Video Booth starts at £325 for 2 hours on selected dates, £375 for 3 hours (our most popular option) and £435 for 4 hours. That price includes the attendant, red carpet and VIP ropes, unlimited videos, your custom overlay, the online gallery and full setup and pack-down. There are no hidden extras — travel within our standard radius of Glasgow is included too.

How long should I book the 360 booth for?

Three hours suits most weddings and parties. Two hours works if the booth is a feature slot rather than an all-night fixture, and four hours makes sense for larger guest counts or corporate events with a long running order. As a rough guide, allow about an hour per 60–90 guests if you want everyone to get a turn without a queue building.

Can you brand the videos with our logo or event name?

Yes, and it's included rather than charged as an extra. We add a personalised overlay to every clip — names and a date for a wedding, or a logo, brand colours and campaign hashtag for a corporate booking. We design it in advance and send you a proof to approve before the event.

What about a low ceiling or an upstairs function room?

Ceiling height is the constraint that catches people out more often than floor space — the camera arm needs room to sweep, so about 2.7m is ideal. Plenty of Glasgow function rooms are fine, but low beams or a sloped ceiling can be a problem. Tell us the venue and we'll check it honestly before you book, and recommend the Magic Mirror or Selfie Pod instead if the 360 genuinely won't fit.

Can we use the 360 booth outdoors?

Only under solid cover. The kit is electrical and the platform needs a firm, level surface, so a marquee, barn or covered terrace is fine but open grass in Scottish weather is not. If your event is outdoors, talk to us early and we'll work out whether there's a sheltered spot that works.
