Terms & conditions.

These are the standard booking terms and conditions for services provided by Mr Q's Magic Booth. For bespoke corporate contracts, a separate agreement is issued.

1. Booking & deposit

Your date is confirmed once a 25% non-refundable deposit is received. The balance is due 14 days before your event.

2. Cancellation

Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the full balance. Cancellations more than 30 days out forfeit the deposit only.

3. Setup & access

We arrive 60–90 minutes before your hire start time. The venue must provide suitable access and a standard UK 13A power socket. Setup time is outside your hire window.

4. Liability

We are fully insured (£10m public liability). We're not responsible for damage caused by guests to our equipment; a damage deposit may apply for unsupervised hires.

5. Media rights

You receive full personal-use rights to all photos and recordings. We may use anonymised images for marketing — opt out by ticking the relevant box at booking.

6. Travel

Travel within 20 miles of Glasgow G5 is included. Beyond that, travel is charged at £1.50/mile each way. UK-wide travel for corporate clients is quoted separately.
